EY Study: 31% of Federal Employees Say Agencies Spend Over $50M on Cybersecurity
An Ernst & Young study has found that one in three federal employees said their agencies annually spend more than $50 million on cybersecurity and that organizations are more likely to spend on security operations and data protection and privacy.
According to an Ernst & Young study, 31% of federal employees reported that their agencies spend more than $50 million each year on cybersecurity.
The study found that 63% of respondents indicated their agencies have a cyber roadmap that focuses on operational technology.
Maturity of Cyber Programs
Only 19% of respondents described their cyberthreat intelligence initiatives as 'very' mature, highlighting a potential area for improvement.
